Processing Magazine Wins Tabbie Award

Grand View Media Group is proud to announce that Processing magazine has received a prestigious TABBIE Award, winning Honorable Mention in the Front Cover, Photography category for its Spring 2006 Powder Handling Handbook cover. Over 700 submissions were received from all over the world for this category alone. TABPI (Trade Association Business Publications International) selected one gold winner, one silver winner, one bronze winner and 25 honorable mention winners. Special recognition goes to Art Director Roni Quang and Assistant Art Director Julie Flynn for designing a powerful, eye-catching cover that also tied in perfectly with the central theme of the publication, as well as Processing Editor-in-Chief Dennis Van Milligen, who helped guide the design from concept to completion. Roni and Julie have consistently thought outside the box to come up with some of the best cover designs in Processing’s rich 20-year history. They have earned rave reviews for their work in the field, and this Award just confirms those sentiments. Congratulations to Roni, Julie, and the rest of the Processing staff on this impressive achievement.
